Gee It sounds like some folks are upset that their pictures wee not in the paper. My brother and his family live in Tornado Alley and they really do have some tales to tell.

We were having a gradution party for my eldest daughter Elizabeth and I saw the funnel cloud form and start to cross the river. We all scrambled to take cover and all made it to safety. I've lived here for 47 years and have never seen anything like it. Channel 2 shame on you. We here in this water front community went through something that left our area looking like a war zone and you didnt even get the facts straight. There are probably 20 trees down, old trees that have or should I say had trunks that were three feet around in most cases. I guess because no one was killed we didnt rate a story. We were trapped down here because most of the trees were accross the road and had to be cleared. We all worked together to get the road open and our lives still go on. Lots of clean up has to be done. I guess you should send people to the WJZ and Fox 45 wed sites to get the real story. Channel 2 thanks for nothing. But I look at it this way, you missed out when it came to helping one of our highest paying land tax communities and we will remember when the chips are down. I want to thank WJZ and Fox 45 for showing how much they care......

WOW!My dog blew away in the tornado in Brooklyn here,we were sitting here eatting and saw Dorithy ,Toto,a witch, a lion, a scarecrow and a tinman blow right by the window.I woke up and went outside this morning only to find that my house is now in Essex! I called my wife downstairs and she came outside with her rollers in her hair and said "Wow Hun, I don't think we are in Brooklyn anymore Hun" "I'll be back I'm gonna go down to the market and get some cigarettes Hun" Essex can keep my house and my wife but I am going back to Brooklyn to look for my dog.
