A missing four-year-old boy has been found safe and sound.
John Perry was reported missing from Wellhaven Circle in Owings Mills around 3 a.m.
Police say he was found safe early Sunday afternoon and has been returned to his family.
Police have confirmed that four-year-old John Perry, who is two-feet tall and weighs 70 pounds, was last seen at 3 AM Sunday morning on Wellhaven Circle in Owings Mills.
Perry was last seen wearing multi-colored pajamas and pink fur boots. If you have seen the boy, please contact the Baltimore County Police Department.
