Family Returns to Find House Decorated

Last Update: 11/20/2009 7:12 am
HERSCHER, Ill. (AP) -- This isn't a case of breaking and entering -- more like breaking and decorating. Police in Herscher, Ill., are looking for someone who entered a home and left behind Christmas decorations.

Police Chief Rick Gilbert says a woman and her kids left for a weekend trip Saturday afternoon.

When they returned Monday morning, they found their place decked out for the holidays with ornaments and Christmas lights.

Gilbert says nothing is missing from the home.
