A new baby girl will be able to call the Baltimore Beltway her birthplace after her mom went into labor on the Inner Loop Monday morning.
Baltimore County Fire crews were called to assist the woman as she gave birth to the baby this morning around 6 near the Liberty Road exit.
The mother and child were both taken to St. Joseph's Medical Center. Hospital officials say both are going well and resting comfortably.
