A kitten rescue in England captured the world's attention while caring for two kittens colored in bright marker.
The 5-week-old kittens, who were colored blue and green with possibly poisonous ink, were delivered by police to the Bradford Cat Watch Rescue April 25.
The rescue dubbed the kittens Smurf and Shrek and carefully washed and cared for them. The ink has started to fade.
The rescuedoesn't think children were responsible for coloring the kittens.
