The Maryland SPCA teamed up with Meals on Wheels to help feed pets through a program called Kibble Connection.

The Maryland SPCA collects pet food donations from the public and packages everything for Meals on Wheels clients. Meals on Wheels picks up and delivers the pet food to their clients with their meals.

Since 2008, they've delivered 54 tons of food. Last year they helped feed 400 pets.

The partnership was born because some Meals on Wheels clients were sharing their meals with their pets and not getting enough to eat. Kibble Connection ensures pets and people are well-fed.

For Kibble Connection, the Maryland SPCA accepts pet food in unopened containers or bags. Please bring donations to our adoption center during business hours. For more information, contact Katie Flory at 410-235-8826, ext. 137 or by email at katie@mdspca.org.
