Cell phone video captured what is likely a humpback whale in the Chesapeake Bay.
David Lehan caught the 30-40 foot whale breaching just a few miles from Solomons, Md.

According to WTOP, the whale was spotted at 2:30 p.m. Friday. It was near the mouth of the Patuxent River.
