From intimate dinner parties to weddings with hundreds of guests, there's no event Chef Kevin Miller and his business partner Jennifer DeVos won't tackle.
They are co-owners of the catering company Copper Kitchen. Their menus reflect the season and they work with a number of local farms to gather the ingredients they need to turn out fantastic and unique dishes. Seasonal and sustainable is what they're all about.
And now they're looking to the future. DeVos is working with her boyfriend, Steve Kopelman, to transform his property in Gwynn Oak into the Piedmont Learning Center and teach kids both business skills and gardening and cooking skills.
So much is happening on their beautiful grounds! There are six bee hives, a 160-year-old smokehouse and gorgeous gardens (with more on the way!)
