The ladies of ABC2 News chipped in to support the 8th annual Hope in Handbags silent auction taking place Sept. 9-10 at the Armory in Bel Air.
The fundraiser benefits the Harford Family House, one of the largest transitional homeless shelters for families with children in Harford County.
ABC2's Lynette Charles, Lauren Cook, Ashley James, Kelly Swoope and Megan Knight donated purses for the cause filled with gift certificates and goodies donated by local businesses to help make them more enticing to bidders.
