NEW YORK - New York Yankees fans are showing a little Red Sox love.
It was to show solidarity with Boston, scene of the fatal marathon bombings earlier this week. Last night at Yankee Stadium, fans sang along with Fenway Park favorite "Sweet Caroline." The Neil Diamond hit has been played at every Sox home game since 2002.
A message on the Yankee Stadium scoreboard read: "New York stands with Boston ... Pray for Boston."
There was also a moment of silence before the game with Arizona. The Yankees went on to win 4-2.
