The boyfriend of a pregnant woman found dead in Damascus was indicted by a Montgomery County grand jury in her murder.
Tyler Tessier was arrested last month after Laura Wallen's body was found in a shallow grave on Prices Distillery Road in Damascus.
Wallen disappeared over Labor Day weekend. Her boyfriend appeared at a news conference with her family begging for her safe return. He was arrested in her murder a few days after that.
Wallen's autopsy revealed she had been shot in the back of the head.
According to Maryland Case Search, Tessier is expected back in court on October 20.
