South Dakota town wants to ban eating and driving

Put down the cell phone, and the breakfast sandwich.

A city in South Dakota has approved a tough new ban on "distracted driving."

Under the new law, you can get a ticket if you're eating, reading the paper or putting on make-up while driving.

Texting while driving is the primary offense.

You will be fined $100 if you are caught.
