A Texas mother's small business idea could have her in trouble with the law.
Melissa Borrett is a single mom.
She recently started a fantasy maid service to help make ends meet.
Her employees clean homes in skimpy lingerie or, when asked, they clean in the nude.
Borrett said, "We've had college students, business people and paramedics. We actually offer a discount for law enforcement."
But now local law enforcement say she needs a special permit to run a sexually oriented business.
Borrett says her employee's don't exchange sexual services for money, so she doesn't need a permit.
Police are threatening to slap her with thousands of dollars in fines, but only if they start to get complaints from customers.
