A storm system evolving over the southern Plains is expected to bring a mix of rain and snow across Maryland by Tuesday morning. ABC 2's Most Accurate Weather Team says the storm will be weak however, enough cold air will allow for the potential for minor accumulations to occur North and West of Baltimore City.
