A rather active southern jet stream will allow for multiple storms to develop this week. The first chance for snow will come this Wednesday night followed by another chance for a more sizeable storm over the weekend.
If you look at the Gulf coast states this week you will notice very heavy rain stretched from the Texas border to North Carolina. This is a weak area of low pressure that is strung out just waiting to get scooped up and pulled to the north!
