My colleague Don Harrison filed this excellent report Tuesday evening from the South River along the mighty Chesapeake.
The key point, we all have to work together to make a real difference in the Bay's water quality. And the logical place to start, the very water that starts in our own backyards, and then feeds into the Bays' tributaries, like the South and the Severn.
