WASHINGTON -

Hurricane Sandy has both presidential campaigns adjusting travel schedules.

Mitt Romney has canceled a rally in Virginia beach planned for tomorrow and aides say they may scrap two other events in the state, while Vice President Joe Biden has scrapped a rally planned for today. The campaigns say they want to avoid distracting emergency teams from storm preparations.

Today, Romney is campaigning in Florida, while President Barack Obama heads to New Hampshire.

In his Saturday Internet and radio address, the president is warning congressional Republicans to leave new financial regulations alone. Obama accuses GOP lawmakers of "waging an all-out battle" with financial industry lobbyists to dismantle rules aimed protecting consumers.

In the Republican message, Missouri congressional candidate Ann Wagner says the president's term has been marked by "more red tape, more debt and decline."
