ABC2 News is thinking pink! We're a proud sponsor of The Susan G. Komen Race. The event will shut down many roads in Hunt Valley this Sunday, October 21. Drivers are urged to avoid the area if at all possible between 6:00 a.m . and 11: 00a.m .
This year's race village will operate in the parking lot of the Executive Plaza located at 11350 McCormick Road, Hunt Valley, MD 21030.
From the South, East, or West: I-695 to I-83N. Exit options: Exit 17 (Padonia Road); Exit 18 (Warren Road); Exit 20A (Shawan Road East) - Alternate Route: I-695 to Exit 26B (MD-45N/York Road). York Road runs roughly parallel to I-83. Follow signs for parking.
From the North: I-83S. Exit Options: Exit 24 (Belfast Road to MD-45S/York Road); Exit 20A (Shawan Road East)
Alternate Route: MD-45S/York Road runs roughly parallel to I-83. Follow signs for parking.
From Harford County: MD-147/Harford Road to MD-152/Fallston Road. Left on Hess Road. Left on MD-146/
Jarrettsville Pike. Slight right onto MD-145/Paper Mill Road (becomes Ashland Road) to MD-45/York Road.
Handicapped Parking: I-83N to Exit 20A (Shawan Road East). Stay in the right hand lane and take a right at the first entrance, past the Hunt Valley Inn (formerly the Hunt Valley Marriott).
Buses will run continuously throughout the morning from 6:00a.m. until 11:00 a.m. from the following locations:
