4 cold-weather running tips for beginners

According to active.com , there are 4 things that beginners should know before running in cold weather.

1.  You won't need to wear as much as you think.  Ben Davis says he wears a shorts sleeve tech shirt and shorts as cold as 45F.  Between 32-44F, Davis says to wear a long sleeve tech shirt.  Below freezing, he suggests long thermals, shorts and a jacket with gloves.  Davis advocates the theory, less is more when it comes to dressing for a run.

2.  That awful lung burn goes away after a few runs.

3.  Wearing black gloves helps.

4.  Stay hydrated in cold weather.
