Michael Phelps won the silver medal in the Olympic men's 200-meter butterfly. The medal is his 18th overall, tying him with Larisa Latynina for the most all time. Chad le Clos of South Africa edged Phelps in the last few meters to win the gold.
Swimmer Michael Phelps became the all-time winningest Olympian on Tuesday, winning a gold medal in the men's 4x200-meter relay. He now has 19 medals, including 15 golds, two silvers and two bronzes.
