It's never too early to start thinking about Preakness, and the Maryland Jockey Club is starting the excitement by announcing the performers for this year's festivities.
Wiz Khalifa and Grammy nominees Maroon 5 will take the main stage for extended sets.
Both artists will play in the public infield on Saturday May 19th, at Pimlico Race Course.
This year's race will be the 137th renewal of the Preakness Stakes.
Infield tickets have been reduced to $40 this year, but they have to be purchased by 7:30 a.m. Monday February 6th for that price.
