BALTIMORE - Ray Rice was named the AFC Offensive Player of the Week this week after rushing for 107 yards on 24 carries against the New York Giants on Sunday.

In addition to the rushing yards, Rice racked up 51 receiving yards on six catches and one touchdown.

It’s the third time in his career that Rice has garnered the player of the week reward.

Rice currently has 794 rushing yards for this season on 186 carries. He has a total of seven touchdowns and is averaging 4.3 yards per carry. He's second on the stats chart for receiving yards and only two catches behind Ravens receiving leader Anquan Boldin. Rice has 48 catches for 404 yards.

The Ravens will travel to Cincinnati for the final game of the regular season Sunday. The game is slated to begin at 1 p.m.

With last Sunday’s win over the Giants, the Ravens clinched the AFC North as they head into the playoffs.
