It was the tweet heard around Baltimore; a Patriots fan who, after their loss to the Ravens Sunday night, chose to poke fun at the passing of Torrey Smith's brother.
Smith was a big part of the Ravens win, catching 2 touch down.
Ravens fans and players jumped on the author.
Today she sent out an apology tweet: "I truly regret my ignorant, tasteless comment, and I am so sorry for the pain that it has caused, especially to Torrey Smith and his family."
