The Ravens played so lights out in the first half of Super Bowl 47 that the lights actually went out.
Scoreboards were lost and needed to be rebooted. Corridors and restrooms were pitch black dark, fans and players – frustrated.
As crews worked to restore power to the stadium, the play-by-play announcer advised fans to remain in their seats.
The NFL release the following statement. "Stadium authorities are investigating the cause of the power outage. We will have more information as it becomes available."
