The temperature in Denver was four degrees as Ravens fans met at the team's hotel.

The Ravens and Broncos will play on a heated field today. Tubes are buried 10 inches under surface of the ground. There are five heating zones and big boilers that push water and natural gas to the field and give it the feel of a warm blanket.
There are no plans at Sports Authority Field at Mile High to bring in extra help to deal with people who may not be able to handle the cold, but that hasn't stopped the fans of either team from going through normal pregame rituals.
Bundled up and already cheering, Ravens fans will tailgate at 2401 Allicott Street.
The Broncos released what Peyton Manning will be wearing long sleeves, a neck warmer and gloves .
"I certainly don't think I would have had to wear the glove had I not been injured last year" Manning said.
Hot chocolate and coffee will be sold.
The Ravens and Broncos meet for the 10th time. Ravens are 6-4 against them and 1-0 in the playoffs.
The playoff win was New Years Eve in 2000, when former Bronco great and Hall of Famer Shannon Sharpe caught a tipped pass for the Ravens and ran it in for a score.

John Fox was the defensive coordinator for the New York Giants against the Ravens in the Super Bowl. He was with John Harbaugh at The University of Pittsburgh with John's dad Jack. Jack Del Rio, defensive coordinator for Broncos was with the Ravens coaching staff during the Super Bowl run.
