In 1996, Art Modell officially moved the Cleveland Browns to Baltimore leaving behind the Brown's history and an NFL promise of an expansion team to return to Cleveland as the Browns in three years. Despite the fact that 15 years have past and Cleveland fans did get their football team back along with a brand new stadium, Clevelanders apparently still hate Modell more then LeBron James who took off for Miami as a free agent after the 2009-2010 NBA season.

According to a non-scientific poll on ESPN.com's AFC North Blog on Friday, pollsters indicated the most disliked person in Cleveland was Art Modell. Of the more than 4,000 voters who had to chose between Modell or James, 54-percent said they disliked Modell more.

James announced he was leaving the Cavaliers after last season in a highly criticized ESPN TV special. Cleveland fans responded by burning anything that had to do with James, including his jersey. They also booed him incessantly when the Miami Heat came to Cleveland for the first game of the 2010-2011 season.

Since the Browns returned to Cleveland in 1999 the team has had only two winning seasons and one playoff appearence.

In the meantime, James has helped lead the Miami Heat to the NBA Finals this season where they have a 2-1 advantage on the Dallas Mavericks in the best-of-seven series. The Cavaliers finished the 2010-2011 season with the second worst record in the league at 19-63.
