O's name new director of ballpark operations

BALTIMORE -
The Orioles announced on Friday that they have named a new Director of Ballpark Operations.
Kevin Cummings has 20 years of experience working in the sports industry. He worked with the Lancaster Barnstormers, an independent team, and several other minor league teams.
He will be overseeing the gameday operation of Oriole Park and is the liaison between the Orioles and the Maryland Stadium Authority.
Cummings previously held the Assistant Director of Ballpark Operations position for the Orioles.
