There is no shortage of strange baby names. Apple, Coco, Rainbow. New Zealand released its list of banned baby names, deemed too bizarre or offensive, and it contains some interesting choices.
The list contains 77 names, according to Yahoo! News. Among the names: Lucifer, Anal, V8, Queen Victoria and "."
All names must go through the Department of Internal Affairs, which can veto a parent's name choice. The department forbids children being named official titles or ranks like King, Queen or Duke. It also doesn't allow parents to name their kids simply "2nd", or "3rd."
The most popular name on the list is Justice; it was rejected 62 times.
