BALTIMORE - If you are "just browsing" at one grocery store, be prepared to pay up.
According to perthnow.com a gluten-free grocery store near Brisbane Australia instituted a new policy.
They charge $5 for "just looking." That fee is deducted when you buy something. They posted a notice about it on their door.
It explains the policy is meant to stop customers from using them to check out an item in person and then buying it online.
The sign reads the stores prices "are almost the same as the other stores plus we have products simply not available anywhere else."
