ROME - The frantic search continued overnight for survivors from the wrecked cruise ship in Italy.
Rescuers found another body, bringing the death toll to seven. 29 people are still missing.
During the search, divers also located the second black box from the cruise ship.
Later Tuesday, the captain of the Costa Concordia, Francesco Schettino, will appear in court.
He's accused of bringing the ship too close to shore, causing it to hit a reef.
Schettino faces possible charges of manslaughter and abandoning ship.
Survivors said they were told the ship was experiencing an electrical problem. However they said things turned chaotic once they learned how much more serious the problem was.
Passengers said the crew didn't know how to help people put on life vests and operate lifeboats.
A newlywed couple from Pennsylvania said they couldn’t find any crew members during the incident, and passengers formed a human chain to lower one another into the life boats.
The search continues for the missing 29 people, including a retired couple from Minnesota.
