BALTIMORE -
Northbound lanes of Interstate 83 between 695 and Timonium Road are reopened after crews put out a fire on a double tractor trailer.
Baltimore County Fire officials say the tractor trailer's brakes caught fire, causing a small explosion.
No one was injured.
The road was closed for several hours overnight.
The tractor trailer was carrying rubbing alcohol.
