BALTIMORE -

Not all lawmakers are satisfied with this new fiscal cliff deal.

Maryland Congressman Andy Harris is one of the Republicans who voted against it.

He released a statement Tuesday night reading in part:

"I opposed this legislation that increases taxes on 77 percent of people in my district."

Harris went on to say the bill is business as usual in Washington -- doing nothing to deal with the country's $16.4 trillion debt.
