WINDSOR, Vt. (AP) -

U.S. Marshals and the Vermont State Police have arrested a fugitive in Vermont who was wanted in Maryland for sexual assault and filming a minor engaged in sex acts.

Forty-eight-year old Robert William Mulkern of Hagerstown, Md., was arrested in Windsor on Thursday.

He was charged in Maryland in 2010 with four counts of third-degree sex offense, two counts of unnatural or perverted practices and 149 counts of child pornography.

Police say they seized from Mulkern's former residence two computers and a digital camera which they said showed images of Mulkern and others engaged in sexual acts with a minor victim.

Mulkern has been profiled on "America's Most Wanted" television show.
