CAPITOL HEIGHTS, Md. (AP) - Prince George's County police say a high school student was fatally shot while walking to school in Capitol Heights.
 
   It happened about 7 a.m. on Old Central Avenue. Officers arrived to find 18-year-old Marckel Norman Ross shot and killed.
 
   Detectives were canvassing the neighborhood. A police spokeswoman said officer knew of no motive.
 
   The principal at Central High School said Ross was an 11th grader, a strong student and bright spirit.
