BALTIMORE (AP) -- The head of Maryland's Public Service Commission says all of Maryland's major electrical utilities will have to file reports on how they managed power restoration.

Doug Nazarian said Thursday the utilities will have to file the major storm reports 21 days after power is restored.

The chairman says regulators are now focused on restoration efforts.
Nazarian says the commission will evaluate whether utilities' systems should have weathered last week's storm better and what, if anything, should be done about that.

The chairman says as of 10 a.m., there were about 72,000 customers in Maryland without power. That means about 93 percent of customers who lost power after Friday's storm have been restored.

Nazarian says the greatest remaining restoration work is in Baltimore city, Baltimore County and Montgomery County.
