TIMONIUM, Md. - The Maryland State Fair officially starts Friday, but if you want to check it out early, you can.
Thursday night is Ridmania Preview Night.
For $16 you can ride as many rides as you want.
If you just want to bring the kids and watch from a nearby bench, it will just cost you $4.
Games and food stands will also open.
It all starts at 5 p.m.
The fair officially launches Friday and runs through Labor Day.
