Should the school day start later?

ANNAPOLIS, Md. - There is a push in Annapolis today to allow your children to sleep a little longer during the week.
Representatives from "start school later" will be testifying at ways & means committee.
Delegate Aruna Miller is the sponsor for the bill. The hearing begins at 1 p.m.
