Sex offender sentenced for possessing child porn

BALTIMORE (AP) -  

A Hagerstown man has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for possession of child pornography. 
 
   Fifty-eight-year-old Otha Royal Palmer was sentenced in U.S. District Court in Baltimore on Tuesday.
 
   According to his plea agreement, Palmer, who has two previous child pornography convictions, posted comments about child pornography on a website. Authorities seized his computer and found more than 600 images of children engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
