ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) -  

Groups are planning a rally against the Citizens United Supreme Court case in a call for campaign finance reforms.
 
The rally is scheduled for Thursday in Annapolis.
 
Groups like Public Citizen, Common Cause and Maryland PIRG are planning to attend.
 
Maryland U.S. Rep. John Sarbanes and Rep. Chris Van Hollen also are scheduled to attend the event next to the Maryland State House.
