BETHESDA, Md. - Police in Montgomery County are asking for your help in finding a man who they say is involved in two home invasion robberies and sexually assaulted a woman.

Just after 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, officers responded to the 2900 block of McMahon Road for a report of a robbery.

The female victim had just entered her garage when she was approached by a man armed with a handgun.  The suspect threatened the victim and she handed over money from her wallet and handed it to the suspect.

The suspect then demanded the victim's car keys, debit card and pin number, which she gave him. He then fled in the victim's car, which was retrieved a short distance away.  The victim in this case was not injured in the incident.

Today, just after 7:30 a.m. officers responded to a home in the 9200 block of Bardon Road for a report of a robbery.

The preliminary information suggests that a housekeeper had just arrived at the home and went back outside to move her car when she was approached by a suspect with a handgun.

The suspect forced his way into the home. The homeowner and her teenage son were also in the residence.

All three occupants of the home were tied up and the housekeeper was sexually assaulted.

The suspect stole a bank card and the housekeeper's vehicle. The housekeeper was transported to a local hospital where she was treated and released.

The suspect used the stolen credit car at a CVS in L'Enfant Plaza.

The suspect is described as a black male, in his late 20's to early 30's, 5'7", with a slim build. He was seen wearing a black jacket, a sweatshirt with pockets in the front, dark-colored pants and brown-framed eyeglasses, and a black ski mask and gloves.

The vehicle in which the suspect fled is a gray Ford Expedition with Maryland registration 4AE7450. The vehicle also has a McDaniel College sticker on the rear windshield.
