FREDERICK, Md. (AP) -

Frederick police have arrested a man they say entered a stranger's house and fell asleep on the couch.

Thirty-six-year-old Kevin Siddique of Hagerstown has been charged with fourth-degree burglary.

Police were called to the home on East South Street about 10 p.m. Sunday after a woman reported she went downstairs and found a strange man sleeping on her couch.

According to the News-Post of Frederick, officers say the man was asked if he knew where he was. Police say Siddique responded that he was in his own house.

Police say Siddique had entered the home through an unlocked door.
