BALTIMORE - Mark your calendar because Thursday is National Cupcake Day.
To celebrate some local treatery's will be giving away free goodies. Marble Slab Creamery and Maggie Moo's Ice Cream and Treatery will offer free ice cream cupcakes to customers Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m. all in honor of National Cupcake Day.
This is the second year in a row the shops have celebrated with free giveaways.
