Md. man charged with sexually abusing girl

FREDERICK, Md. - Frederick police have charged a 28-year-old man with sexually abusing a 6-year-old girl.
The News-Post of Frederick reports that Luis Miguel Novoa-Ramos of Frederick was arrested Thursday and charged with sexual abuse of a minor and other offenses. He is being held on $250,000 bail.
According to court documents, the girl's parents called police after their daughter told them Novoa-Ramos had abused her in 2010.
