HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) -

No injuries were reported in the fire late Sunday morning at the complex off Dual Highway and North Edgewood Drive.

Battalion Chief Mark A. Cleck says the fire was contained to the basement room. Residents were allowed back into their apartments about 1:30 p.m.
