Man killed in crash on B-W Parkway

LANDOVER, Md. -
Police say a man was killed in a single-vehicle crash on the northbound Baltimore-Washington Parkway in the Landover area.
Police say the vehicle ran off the road around 11 a.m. and hit a tree in the median. The man was flown to a trauma center, but died shortly after arriving.
U.S. Park Police say the northbound lanes will remain closed while the accident is investigated.
