FREDERICK, Md. - A man found shot in a Frederick alley has died, police said.
According to Frederick police, officers were called to the 100 block of West All Saints Street around 1:53 a.m. Sunday morning. When police arrived they found a man lying in Mullenix Alley, next to West All Saints Street, with multiple gunshot wounds.
Police have identified the victim as 36-year-old Lamont George-Lee Ellis of the 3700 block of Hope Commons Circle.
Ellis was taken to Frederick Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Police are investigating.
