ANNAPOLIS, Md. - The House of Delegates is considering a bill that would require apartment complexes to be more environmentally conscious.
The bill requires all buildings with 10 or more units to collect recycling.
The bill is up for a vote by the House on Friday. It already passed in the Senate.
