HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) -

One man is dead and four people are recovering after a fiery crash in a residential Hagerstown neighborhood.

The Herald-Mail (http://bit.ly/Uy8z4Q ) reports that 25-year-old Norman Frazier of Hagerstown died Monday morning at Shock Trauma in Baltimore.

The Washington County Sheriff's Office says Frazier was driving a Dodge Neon that took off suddenly after it was stopped for speeding on Route 64 just east of Hagerstown at about 6 p.m. Sunday.

A police spokeswoman and eyewitnesses say the Neon hit an oncoming car, struck a utility pole and then burst into flames.
