PALMER PARK, Md. - Funeral services are to be held Tuesday for a Prince George's County police officer killed in a crash while pursuing a vehicle on Interstate 95.
Services for 23-year-old Officer Adrian Morris will be held at Woodstream Church in Mitchellville. Burial will take place about 1 p.m. at Lakemount Memorial Park Cemetery in Davidsonville.
Morris died Monday in the crash on southbound I-95 near the Powder Mill Road exit. Two officers were pursuing a vehicle that matched the description of a car involved in a theft.
The Washington Redskins held a moment of silence before their game against the Indianapolis Colts in honor of the Prince George's County police officer.
