A Frederick man has been indicted on charges of murdering a woman who lived in the same apartment building, according to a release from the Frederick County State’s Attorney’s Office.
Antwine Dwayne Snowden, 51, of Frederick, was indicted on first- and second-degree murder and robbery.
“Snowden was arrested on July 30, 2013 in connection with the April death of a Frederick woman,” the release states. “Snowden and the victim, Gloria Carol Fitzpatrick, were acquaintances from living in the same apartment building. After an extensive investigation, Snowden was linked to Fitzpatrick's murder and arrested. Snowden has been held without bail since his arrest.”
